This is my first full week of my November pantry challenge, but we are so stocked up, I am not finding it difficult yet. These are the meals we have planned:
Monday–Golden Split Pea Soup, Rolls
Tuesday–Chicken Parmigiana, Broccoli
Wednesday–Beef and Bean Burritos*, Lettuce, Tomato
Thursday–Chicken and Bean Soup, Rolls
Friday–Red Beans & Rice with Smoked Sausage
Saturday–Stacked Tacos*, Lettuce, Tomato
Sunday–Pepsi Baked T-Bone Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Peas
Lunches will be leftovers for me, sandwiches for my husband and son.
Breakfasts will be oatmeal, homemade granola, smoothies, omelettes, easy sausage and egg burritos*, fruit, etc.
All items marked with * are already in the freezer.

Sounds like a tasty week of great food.
Well, since I love Pepsi (but want to give it up), I think the steaks sound wonderful!
I’m struggling to give up Pepsi too. I keep telling myself as soon as the kids let me sleep for 7 to 8 hours a night I will give it up. . .
