We have just returned from the Relevant Conference.  I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and learned so much and met many wonderful women there.  Thanks to 30 Meals in One Day for making this trip possible!  (If you haven’t yet, be sure to enter the giveaway for their cookbook, Dinner is Ready and accompanying software.  This system makes freezer cooking so much more manageable.)

It was an absolute pleasure to drive through the mountains of Pennsylvania and see all of the trees changing colors.  We were there at a perfect time to enjoy the peak fall foliage. 

I have had no time to shop since I just returned home, but thanks to my full stocked freezer, all of my meals are ready.

Monday—Sweet and Sour Chicken Bowls, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots
Tuesday—Shredded Apple Pork Roast, carrots, sweet potato fries
Wednesday—Lighter Meatloaf, Oven Fries, peas
Thursday—Amazing Marinated Chicken BreastsMaple Corn Bread, Lima Beans
Friday—Chili, rolls
Saturday—attending a party
Sunday—Hamburgers, chips, corn

Breakfasts will be the usual, omelettes, oatmeal, smoothies, cereal, fruit, etc.

Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches.
