Now that I have a full freezer again, I am looking forward to taking a few days off from cooking.  I’ll just be reheating my frozen meals instead.  I love that!

Monday–Crab Cake Sandwiches*, French Fries, Carrot Coins
Tuesday–Italian Wedding Soup*, Rolls
Wednesday–Amazing Marinated Chicken*, Maple Cornbread*, Peas and Carrots
Thursday–My Grandma’s Macaroni and Cheese, broccoli
Friday–Leftovers
Saturday–Grilled Cheese and Healthy Choice Soup
Sunday–Dinner Out

All meals with the * are already prepared in the freezer.

Breakfasts will be the usual–omelettes, smoothies, cereal, toast, oatmeal, etc.

Lunch will be leftovers, or crab cakes from the freezer (I love these!) or sandwiches.
