The baby is about to start eating solid foods, so we ordered from a local organic farm again.  I forgot how good the food straight from the field tastes!  As a result, we have some veggies that we don’t normally use such as beets and radishes, so I won’t be relying on freezer meals too much this week.  Instead we will be branching out, trying some new recipes.

Monday–Shrimp and Quinoa, Spigariello Garlic Saute (spigariello replaces the broccoli in the recipe)
Tuesday–Pepsi Baked T-Bone Steak, Baked Potatoes and Beets
Wednesday–Chicken & Baby Bok Choy Miso stir fry (my husband concocted this. I’ll share the recipe later. It is yummy!)  Miso soup
Thursday–Cajun Pork Chops and Roasted Carrots & Radishes
Friday–Garlic & Herb Grilled London Broil, Carnival Squash with Apple Filling
Saturday–Dinner Out
SundaySloppy Joes, Roasted Carrot Sticks, Chips

If you are wondering about the many steak meals I have had on the menu lately, we have quite a few steaks we need to work our way through that we received when we bought our 1/4 side of beef.

Breakfasts will be eggs, omelettes, smoothies, oatmeal, toast, etc.

Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches.
