Do you have any plans for Labor Day? We’re continuing our routine of staying home, staying home, staying home. We will BBQ, so that should be fun, but otherwise, just a regular day.
This week I did a bigger meal prep for the kids’ snacks because I didn’t do any meal prep last week. I don’t know why I skip meal prepping one week because then I just have to make more the next week! Here’s our menu plan and meal prep for September 6 2020:

Lunch–leftover Cheeseburger Soup, chicken nuggets, carrot & celery sticks & hummus
Dinner–5 Ingredient Chili
Tuesday
Lunch–leftover 5 Ingredient Chili & pork chops, broccoli slaw salad
Dinner–Chicken Apple Sausage, diced potatoes, peas
Thursday
Lunch–leftover Beef Chuck Roast, diced potatoes, cucumbers
Dinner–Tacos, lettuce, tomatoes
Friday
Lunch–Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole, grapes
Dinner–leftover Beef Chuck Roast (this meal made 3 meals!), diced potatoes, broccoli
