Now that I’m doing the Whole30, my meal prep usually includes Whole30 and non-Whole30 meal prep.  I know many people do the Whole30 and make separate meals for their family, but mama don’t have time for that.  In our freezer, I have several personal-size Whole30 meals for myself.  I eat those on days I make the family meals that aren’t Whole30 approved.  Other meals, I make Whole30 meals the whole family can eat.  Here’s our menu plan & meal prep for October 5 2020.
