This post contains affiliate links.  Can you believe we’re already into May?  I can’t!  As much as I don’t like the hot, hot temperatures in Arizona, I am looking forward to the “summer hibernation” that our family usually has June through August.  That means lots of time to play games, watch movies, and read books in our attempt to escape the heat.

Here’s our menu plan and meal prep for May 3 2021.

Monday
Lunch–Ham & Pepperoni Sandwiches, Chips, sugar snap peas
Dinner–Socca, chicken nuggets, salad

Lunch–Tuna Melts, chips, sugar snap peas
