As much as I don’t like the hot, hot temperatures in Arizona, I am looking forward to the “summer hibernation” that our family usually has June through August. That means lots of time to play games, watch movies, and read books in our attempt to escape the heat.
Here’s our menu plan and meal prep for May 3 2021.
Meal prep was simple this week:

Dinner–Socca, chicken nuggets, salad
