This post contains affiliate links.  I had a freezer cooking session a few weeks ago, and I’m starting to reap the benefits of that.  I don’t know what it is, but by Friday night, I absolutely don’t want to cook.  Now, I just pull a meal out of the freezer.  If I use the freezer meals only for Friday nights, I’m covered for the next 12 weeks.  Woo hoo!  I don’t especially enjoy freezer cooking when I’m doing it, but I sure do enjoy the benefits afterwards!  Here’s our menu plan & meal prep for May 10 2021.
