Meal Prep

Banana Bread

Low Fodmap Banana Muffins

No Bake Oatmeal Energy Balls, (we won’t be making these again as the kids didn’t really like them)

GF/DF No Bake Cookies

Cooked up 2 lbs. of ground chicken, sprinkling one with taco seasoning

 

Menu Plan

Saturday

Lunch–Salmon, Rice, Salad
Dinner–Chicken Patties, Leftover Taco Soup, Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Sunday

Lunch–Chicken Pot Pie
Dinner–Homemade Sushi, salad

Monday

Lunch–Quesadilla Omelets, fruit, diced potatoes
Dinner–Taco Rice, cucumber slices

Tuesday

Lunch–Black Bean Salad with Corn & Avocado, Quesadillas
Dinner–Taquitos, Refried Beans, salad

Wednesday

Lunch–Tamales, leftover Taco Rice, carrot sticks

Dinner–Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry, rice

Thursday

Lunch–Hasselback Tomato Clubs,
Dinner–Goulash (from my last freezer cooking session)

Friday


Lunch–Italian Chopped Salad, Crackers

Dinner–Beef Stew,
