When you’re gluten free and dairy free, you quickly discover that what are frugal meals for most people, like sandwiches, are expensive for you. A loaf of gluten free bread is small and can be almost wiped out when you’re making sandwiches for four people. But this week, the kids got a treat and got sandwiches for three days.
