This week didn’t go quite as planned in the food department.  I placed a Misfit Market order for organic produce and some meat.  Unfortunately, only one of the three boxes of food came; the other two were lost in transit, so we were low on veggies all week long.  (Thankfully, Misfit Market returned my money and gave me an additional $20 for the inconvenience.  In three years of ordering food from them, I’ve never had a box lost before, and I appreciate how they handled the situation.)

Lunch–Chicken Nuggets, french fries, peas
Dinner–Gnocci with spaghetti sauce, carrot sticks

Wednesday

Lunch–Zucchini Beef Skillet (This was a new recipe, and the kids liked it!)
Dinner–Sloppy Joes, chips, carrot sticks

Thursday

Lunch–Tuna Melts, chips, blueberry-banana-mango smoothies
Dinner–Taco Rice, lettuce, tomato, avocado

Friday

Lunch–Daiya Burritos, rice, frozen corn
Dinner–Asian Noodles,
