I dug through both of our two deep freezers and found plenty of muffins, bars, meals, meats, and veggies, so I decided not to make any snacks. I wasn’t going to make anything ahead because Bookworm is eating his own food, and the girls are down and out with a nasty cold. However, my husband convinced me that having meals already in the refrigerator might be helpful when running kids to the doctor, etc., so I cooked ahead the recipes for the menu plan for December 16, 2019. And I’m so glad I did!

Pulled pork, peas, chips
