Although it’s barely perceptible, I feel like the seasons are subtly starting to change here in Arizona.  Even better, this week there are several days forecasted to be in upper 90s, which is a break from to 106 to 112 we’ve been having  Hurray for fall (sort of).  I had a busy end of the month with my freelance writing, so there was no meal prep this weekend  Here’s our menu plan for August 31 2020:
