This post contains affiliate links.  Four weeks into the new school year, and we’re finding our groove.  The girls are taking some online classes, and next week, the last of them will start, so we’ll be up to full speed.  The only thing left to add to our schedule is horseback riding in September.

Here’s our meal prep and menu plan for the week.

I went with a simple meal prep this week.  All I made with Low Fodmap Banana Muffins and Banana Bread.

Lunch–Blackened Cod, broccoli, diced potatoes
Dinner–Chicken Thighs, green beans, carrots, cucumber & tomato salad

Sunday
Lunch–Okinamiyaki, Tofu, sweet potatoes
Dinner–leftovers

Monday
Lunch–Mexican Lasagna, lettuce, tomatoes
Dinner–Hot dogs, baked potato, salad

Tuesday
Lunch–Salmon, Broccoli, Rice (from Quick Prep Paleo)
Dinner–Skinny Meatloaf, baked potato, salad

Wednesday

Lunch–Asian Noodles,
Dinner–Daiya Burritos, salad

Thursday
Lunch–Black & Red Fiesta Beans (added sausage)
Dinner–Chicken Tacos, lettuce, tomato

Friday

Lunch–Deconstructed Burger Bowl with Special Sauce (from Quick Prep Paleo)
Dinner–Polish sausage, baked potato, broccoli
