My husband and I have both been busy with wrapping up several projects, so this week’s menu is all about ease of preparation. Here is the plan:
Monday–Sweet & Sour Meatballs (meatballs are already made & in the freezer)
Tuesday–Sweet & Sour Little Smokies (can you tell pineapple was on sale recently?)
Wednesday–Lighter Meatloaf, rice, veggie
Thursday–Turkey Sandwiches, lettuce, chips & carrot sticks
Friday–Crab Cakes, mixed veggies, french fries
Breakfasts will be the usual, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, fruit, eggs, toast, etc.
Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches.
