This week I tried to expand my make ahead repertoire.  We’ve been having eggs, breakfast sausage and fruit for breakfast, and we’re all a little tired of it, so I also decided to make some breakfast meals ahead.


Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Oatmeal Raisin Muffins (I’m leaving the sugar out of these)

Ham and Egg Cups


Cornbread Hot Dog Muffins (for the kids) [We had some for lunch today, too.]

Baked Chicken and Peppers (with Black Beans) (for my lunches)

Taco Meat (also for my lunches and dinners when I’m not eating what the rest of the family is eating)


No Bake Chocolate Nut Brownie Bars

Peanut Butter Protein Bars
