This post contains affilite links. Last week I decided to make an actual meal plan instead of simply writing down what we ate. As you would imagine, that helped me a lot in the meal department. I actually cooked for my family last week, lol. So, I’ll try it again next week. Here’s our menu plan for September 18 2023:

Dinner–Turkey Burgers, lettuce, tomato, avocado, carrot sticks, tater tots
Monday
Lunch–leftovers from the weekend
Dinner–Chicken Pot Pie
Tuesday
Lunch–Trader Joe’s tamales, refried beans, roasted pepper slices
Dinner–Spaghetti with meat, bread
Wednesday
Lunch–Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, chips, carrot sticks
Dinner–Slow Cooker Beef Stew, bread
Thursday
Lunch–Tater Tot Casserole,
Dinner–leftovers (spaghetti & chicken pot pie)
Friday
Lunch–leftovers (spaghetti & chicken pot pie
