Saturday

Chicken Zucchini Stir Fry in a Bowl with Fried Rice

Lunch–Chicken, Pepper & Zucchini Stir Fry, Fried rice, miso soup
Dinner–Salmon, cauliflower, sweet potatoes

Sunday

Lunch–Chicken Breast, peas, rice
Dinner–Slow Cooker Pulled Pork, diced potatoes, cucumbers, cabbage & pepper stir fry

Monday

Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–Sausage and Potato Soup, Sweet bread the girls made on Friday

Tuesday

Lunch–Trader Joe’s tamales, refried beans, cucumber slices
Dinner–Pulled Pork Sandwiches, chips, peas

Wednesday

Lunch–Turkey & cheese omelets, cucumber slices, toast
Dinner–Beefy Kale Soup (from the freezer), Sweet bread

Thursday

Lunch–grilled ham & cheese sandwiches & tomato soup
Dinner–leftover Sausage and Potato soup & sweet bread

Friday

Lunch–Taco Soup (double serving from the freezer), quesadillas
Dinner–Chipotle
