This post contains affiliate links.  I tried making some new items for meal prep/snacks this week, but they weren’t a big hit outside the Peanut Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins.  Oh, well.  You win some; you lose some.  Here’s our menu plan and meal prep for October 18 2021.

Lunch–Asian Noodles & Salad
Dinner–BBQ, diced potoates,

Monday

Lunch–leftover hot dogs, tater tots, leftover Asian soup
Dinner–Imitation crab cakes, Spanish Pea Soup with Crispy Ham,

Tuesday

Lunch–Paleo Stuffed Peppers, rice, cucumber salad
Dinner–Sloppy Joes, homemade french fries, leftover pea soup

Wednesday

Lunch–Inside Out Taco Casserole, salad


Dinner–Chicken Pot Pie Pasta, cucumber salad

Thursday

Lunch–leftovers & turkey patties
Dinner–Chicken nuggets, tater tots, broccoli

Friday

Lunch–Stewed Lentils & Tomatoes, (this was a surprise hit!)
Dinner–Chicken with Tomatoes , salad
