This post contains affiliate links.  The leaves are turning color here, which I love!  I missed the fall colors when we were in Arizona.  However, our new home has 5 maple trees on the property plus several other trees.  On Sunday, all four of us spent about 2.5 hours outdoors mowing and raking leaves.  In Arizona, our yard maintenance was pulling weeds during monsoon season, so having a large (2/3 acre) yard that requires regular maintenance is a new experience for us!

Dinner–Japanese stir fry with octopus (I ate something else!)

Monday

Lunch–Minnesota Tater Tot Hot Dish, (I doubled the recipe when I made it on Sunday so we could have it for another meal)
Dinner–Fish patties, Winter Kale Vegetable Soup, (doubled this recipe, too)

Tuesday

Lunch–leftover spaghetti, garlic bread
Dinner–Spring Rolls, peas (Cuddle Bug cooked!)

Wednesday

Lunch–Homemade Pepperoni Pizza, leftover peas
Dinner–Cheeseburger Soup

Thursday

Lunch–Tuna Melts, chips, carrots
Dinner–Chipotle

Friday

Tostados
Lunch–Tostados
Dinner–Daiya Burritos, leftover refried beans
