This post contains affiliate links.  The cucumbers just keep coming!  Have you noticed cucumber salad popping up week after week after week on our menu plan?  Although I’m glad to have them, I think we’ll all be equally glad when the garden stops producing them!  Hopefully in a few weeks when the weather gets a bit cooler they’ll stop growing.

Dinner–Slow Cooker California Tamale Pie, cucumber salad

Wednesday

Lunch–Paleo Chili,
Dinner–Curry Chicken & Rice Soup,

Thursday

Lunch–Chicken Fried Rice,
Dinner–Tater Tot Casserole, cucumber salad

Friday

Lunch–chicken nuggets, fries, peas
