This post contains affiliate links.  We tried some new meal prep recipes this week, and most were hits.  I love it when that happens.  That’s so much better than trying new recipes that are flops.  (We’ve had our fair share of those, too.)  Here’s our meal prep and menu plan for November 8 2021.

Dinner–Thai Chicken (from Healthy Meal Prep Slow Cooker Cookbook), rice, salad

Wednesday

Lunch–Taquitos, refried beans, lettuce, tomato,
Dinner–Moroccan Beef Zucchini Skillet
