I actually made something this week! I found a bunch of bananas on clearance, so I made Banana, Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip cookies for the girls for snacks or an easy breakfast!

Lunch–Chicken Thighs, rice, fried tofu, coleslaw, cauliflower
Dinner–chicken and pepper stir fry with rice
Monday
Lunch–Salmon Patties, French Fries, roasted cauliflower
Dinner–Shakshuka (I added white beans to make it more filling), GF/DF English muffins
Tuesday
Lunch–Daiya pizza (Whole Foods had these on sale for $4.47, so I bought several for easy lunches), leftover coleslaw
Dinner–leftover Chicken Pot Pie from last Saturday
Wednesday
Lunch–random leftovers
Dinner–Lentil Soup, Chicken Apple sausage, homemade garlic bread
Thursday
Lunch–Trader Joe’s Tamales, refried beans, corn
Dinner–Turkey burgers, french fries, corn
Friday
Lunch–various leftovers
Dinner–Chicken Nugget Salad, homemade honey mustard dressing
