This post contains affiliate links.  One of my favorite Japanese dishes is Pork Tonkatsu.  Unfortunately, because I can no longer have gluten, I thought that my Pork Tonkatsu days were over, until I found a Paleo version of the recipe.  True, it’s not as authentic, but it was a good imitation, and I really enjoyed it.  (See Saturday’s lunch for the recipe.)  Here’s our meal prep and menu plan for November 28 2022:
