This post contains affiliate links. I miss my freezer meals!! We’ve been busy with the girls’ activities, which means we’ve been eating a lot of convenience foods. We like those foods sometimes, but not on a regular basis. We’d love to have some freezer meals to pull out for busy nights. However, I don’t have the time to have a big freezer session right now. I’m hoping to have a freezer cooking session in the next few weeks, maybe after Thanksgiving.
No meal prep this week.
Dinner–pork chops, mashed potatoes, green beans
Lunch–sandwiches, chips, carrot stics
Lunch–rice balls, cucumber slices, carrot sticks
Lunch–grilled ham & cheese sandwiches, carrot slices
Dinner–Salmon Patties (from our ButcherBox order), rice, salad with miso dressing
Lunch–chicken nuggets, tater tots, peas
Lunch–tamales, refried beans, corn
Dinner–Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup, bread with butter
Lunch–leftover Vegetable Beef Soup, grilled cheese
Dinner–spaghetti with meat and mushrooms
