This post contains affiliate links.  I’ve been trying to use up food we have in the freezer to keep our grocery bill lower.  That’s worked great.  Our grocery bill this month was only $670, which is much lower than it usually is.  However, I’m getting low on meat, so next month will probably be more expensive.

Meal Prep

No meal prep this week as the girls seem happy to eat yogurt, granola, fruit, and muffins from the freezer.

Dinner–Homemade Sushi with Smoked Salmon, masago, cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab

Sunday

Lunch–Sushi (we had enough ingredients leftover for another meal)
Dinner–Chicken Apple Sausage, diced potatoes, peas

Monday

Lunch–leftovers from dinner yesterday
Dinner–Pork butt, baked potato, broccoli

Tuesday

Lunch–Pulled pork sandwiches, chips, sugar snap peas
Dinner–Beef Pot Pie, fruit

Wednesday

Lunch–Seafood Nachos, salad
Dinner–Beef & Pepper Soup,

Thursday

Lunch–leftover beef pot pie,
Dinner–Salad with Chicken Fingers & honey mustard dressing

Friday

Lunch–Simple Egg Bake, Cantaloupe
Dinner–Asian Noodles
