This post contains affiliate links. This was a busy week! Luckily, my husband made a lot of food over the weekend, so we were able to eat many leftover foods midweek. Then, on Thursday, I made a large pan of Tuna Noodle Casserole and Tater Tot Casserole, and we were able to eat those meals for our busy Thursday and Friday. I know some people don’t like to eat leftovers, but they’re a vital staple for us, especially during busy days. Even better, they keep us from having to pick up fast food. Here’s our menu plan and meal prep for the week.
