Lunch–Mexican Rice, cucumber slices
Dinner–Low Fodmap Grilled Chicken Fajita Salad (I ate it on almond tortillas; my family on tortillas with salsa, avocado, and onions)

Tuesday

Lunch–Tuna Melt, cucumber slices, chips
Dinner–Ham and Bean Soup, bread

Wednesday
Lunch–Mexican rice, salad
Dinner–Tacos, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado

Thursday
Lunch–grilled cheese, chips, cucumber slices
Dinner–Cod patties, homemade french fries, peas

Friday
Lunch–assorted leftovers
Dinner–Daiya pizza, salad
