This post contains affiliate links. At Thanksgiving, we bought two turkeys with the intention to cook one in the spring. Since temperatures are quickly rising, we decided it was now or never and thawed the turkey last week and made it over the weekend. I must say, having the house smell like Thanksgiving in March was a bit strange. However, we all loved the meal and the turkey leftovers, half of which are in the freezer now, waiting for future meals.
