So, if Saturday through Monday looks monotonous, it was because we were wrapping up our vacation and were in hotels and on the road. You’ll see that Tuesday on looks much more like our regular meal plan.

Dinner–Hamburgers, tater tots, salad
Wednesday
Lunch–Grilled Cheese sandwiches, creamy tomato soup, salad
Dinner–salmon, sweet potatoes, Brussells sprouts, radishes
Thursday
Lunch–Moroccan Beef, Zucchini & Tomatoes, rice
Dinner–Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry, rice
Friday
Lunch–Cod Fish Patties (recipe from Robin Miller’s Quick Fix Meals), tater tots, coleslaw
Dinner–Vegetarian Chili, cornbread
