This post contains affiliate links.  This week we had a simple, on-the-run meal plan.  I tried two new recipes that were both hits with the family.  Otherwise, we stuck with quick, easy to make foods.  Some weeks are just like that!

Dinner–chicken vegetable stew,

Sunday

Lunch–leftover chicken vegetable stew
Dinner–chicken nuggets, french fries, carrot sticks

Monday

Lunch–grilled cheese sandwiches, chips,
Dinner–Chicken & Hashbrown patties, broccoli (I avoided the messy shredding by using ground chicken & shredded hashbrowns that I thawed)

Tuesday

Lunch–Trader Joe’s mini tacos, coleslaw
Dinner–spaghetti

Wednesday

Lunch–tuna melt sandwiches, carrot slices, chips
Dinner–grilled chicken thighs, diced potatoes, green beans

Thursday

Lunch–salmon patties, baked potato, broccoli
Dinner–seafood nachos, salad

Friday

Lunch–ham & cheese sandwiches, chips, carrot sticks
Dinner–Mexican Picadillo,
