This post contains affiliate links.  I was on my walk last Friday morning when a coyote came running out of the wash about 10 feet from me.  I quickened my pace quite a bit and then looked over my shoulder to make sure he was going the opposite way.  He was looking over his shoulder at me, probably checking the same thing.  And then, thankfully, he was gone.  At least it was a coyote and not a bobcat.  Walking in Arizona can be hazardous!

Dinner–Slow Cooker Pork Butt, homemade french fries, cucumber slices (the pork butt was huge, and we had enough leftovers for three meals the rest of the week!)

Monday

Lunch–Leftover pork butt turned into pulled pork, cucumber, chips


Dinner–Scalloped Potatoes, broccoli

Tuesday

Lunch–Spanish Rice with Sausage, carrot sticks
Dinner–Ground Beef Goulash, roasted cauliflower

Wednesday

Lunch–Taquitos, refried beans, salad
Dinner–Cabbage and Beef Casserole,

Thursday

Lunch–Ham & Cheese Hand Pies, homemade fries, fruit (PB & J Girl cooked!)
Dinner–Chicken & Veggie Sheet Pan (Cuddle Bug cooked!)

Friday

Lunch–leftover Pulled Pork, chips, cucumber


Dinner–Seafood Nachos, salad
