This post contains affiliate links. It’s heating up here like it is for most of the country. We went super easy for meals and tried to make ones that were on the cooler side. I think it’s about time to bust out the freezer meals I made a few months ago.

Dinner–Chicken fried ried rice, Brussels sprouts
Lunch–Asian Noodles (my family finds this so refreshing on hot days!)
Dinner–Flank steak, baked potatoes, peas
Lunch–Chicken, smashed potatoes, broccoli
Dinner–leftover Taco salad
Lunch–ham & cheese sandwiches, chips, cucumber slices
Dinner–Breakfast for dinner–smoothie, waffles, omelet, leftover chicken
Lunch–Trader Joe’s tamales, refried beans, salad
Dinner–Tater Tot Breakfast casserole, grapes
Dinner–Iranian Kebob, roasted cauliflower
