Meal Prep

No meal prep this week.  (I’m beginning to think I won’t have meal prep in my regular routine until the fall!  The summer here is jam-packed with activities!)

Menu Plan

Saturday

Lunch–Pepperoni Pizza, broccoli
Dinner–Blackened cod, tofu, rice broccoli

Sunday
Lunch–Chicken, Tater Tots, salad
Dinner–Pork Sirloin Roast, diced potatoes, carrots

Monday
Lunch–Turkey sandwiches on pita bread,
Dinner–Bell Pepper and Turkey Quiche, tomatoes & avocado, toast

Tuesday
Lunch–Trader Joe’s Tamales, refried beans, salad
Dinner–Asian Ground Beef, Pepper & Onion Saute, rice

Wednesday
Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–Salad with Trader Joe’s chicken nuggets

Thursday
Lunch–Chicken Tikka Masala,
Dinner–Beef & Cabbage Casserole,

 

Friday
Lunch–Cobb Salad Turkey Roll Ups, carrot sticks
Dinner–Chicken Fried Rice
