Happy New Year! Let’s hope 2021 is a lot better than 2020. In January, we’re trying to use up some of our food stock and use the money we save to increase our emergency fund. Here’s our meal prep & menu plan for January 4 2021, which mainly came from our food storage.

Lunch–Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Peas, GF rolls
