Dinner–Panko Breaded Chicken, Broccoli, Diced Potatoes

Sunday

Lunch–Rotisserie Chicken, sweet potatoes, peas
Dinner–Slow Cooker Enchilda Soup, salad

Monday

Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–Chicken Quesadillas, Salad

Tuesday

Lunch–Chicken Nuggets, Tater Tots, cucumber slices
Dinner–Paleo Stuffed Peppers,

Wednesday

Lunch–Tuna Noodle Casserole, cucumber slices
Dinner–leftover London Broil & slow cooker Enchilada soup, plus homemade french fries & salad

Thursday

Lunch–take in from our favorite gluten free restaurant
Dinner–Chicken & Bok Choy stir fry (the bok choy in my husband’s garden is growing as much as the cucumbers did during the summer.  We’ll have bok choy for weeks!)

Friday

Lunch–Tuna Melts, chips, carrot sticks
Dinner–Meatball & Bok Choy Soup
