Lunch–Pork & Bok Choy Stir Fry
Dinner–Chicken, Coleslaw, Diced Potatoes

Monday

Lunch–Turkey Soup,
Dinner–Low Fodmap Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, salad

Tuesday

Lunch–Taquitos, leftover broccoli & coleslaw
Dinner–Salmon Patties (from ButcherBox), baked potato, salad

Wednesday

Lunch–Pulled Chicken Sandwiches, corn & tomato salad, BBQ chips
Dinner–Paleo Taco Soup, nacho chips

Thursday

Lunch–Chicken Nuggets, fries, cucumber slices & carrot sticks
Dinner–Carnitas Pork Tacos, Refried Beans, lettuce and tomato

Friday

Lunch–Leftover meatloaf in quesadillas, Spanish rice, salad (the Spanish rice was a huge hit here!)
Dinner–spaghetti, salad
