This post contains affiliate links. This week was all about hitting the easy button when it comes to making meals. This is definitely not the way we normally eat, but it was an easy week for feeding the family. Here’s our meal prep & menu plan for February 28 2022:

Lunch–Sloppy joes, french fries, peas
Dinner–Cheeseburger soup,

Lunch–grilled cheese, corn chips, carrot sticks
Dinner–Salad with chicken
Tuesday
Lunch–Moroccan Ground Beef with Zucchini & Tomatoes, rice
Dinner–Mahi mahi patties, french fries, peas
Wednesday
Lunch–spaghetti bolognese, salad
Dinner–leftovers
Thursday
Lunch–Chicken Curry, salad (I normally make curry from scratch, but in the theme of easy, this jarred curry was very good. The kids loved it.)
Dinner–Sloppy Joes, BBQ chips, corn
Friday
Lunch–Pulled pork, carrot sticks, potato
Dinner–Grilled cheese sandwiches, corn chips, salad
