Dinner–Tongue (yes, my husband and Cuddle Bug love this; PB & J Girl & I, not so much), sweet potatoes, green beans

Monday
Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–Tuna Noodle Casserole, salad

Tuesday

Lunch–Tuna melts with homemade gluten free sourdough, chips, cucumber slices
Dinner–leftover Miso Pork, rice, green beans

Wednesday
Lunch–Egg, Pepper, Potato, Sausage meal prep, cucumber slices
Dinner–leftover tongue (PB & J Girl and I had chicken), rice, salad

Thursday

Gluten Free, Dairy Free Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Lunch–leftover Tuna Noodle Casserole, cucumber slices
Dinner–Chicken Burritos (using Daiya cheeze), salad

Friday
Lunch–Egg, Pepper, Potato, Sausage meal prep, cucumber slices
Dinner–Chili (from the freezer), leftover GF sourdough bread
