I can’t believe it’s almost Christmas! The kids and I have been working on home improvement projects (more on that later), so the holiday just crept up on us. Luckily, I’m about 3/4s done with wrapping presents. Hopefully I’ll finish by Monday or Tuesday. Here’s our meal prep & menu plan for December 21 2020:
