This post contains affiliate links. This week I made a concerted effort to pick frugal recipes and recipes for ingredients I had in the freezer as I try to combat the high price of food. I was pleasantly surprised to see how far some of the frugal meals stretched. This might be my new way to menu plan.

Our meal prep was simple, just Banana Bread and No Bake Cookies.

Dinner–Tuscan Pork Smash Burgers (with dairy free cheese), diced potatoes, lettuce, roasted zucchini
Monday
Lunch–Easy Chicken, Broccoli, Rice Casserole,
Dinner–Tacos, lettuce, tomato, avocado
Tuesday
Lunch–Sandwiches, chips, sugar snap peas
Dinner–Slow Cooker Coconut Curry Lentils, Rice
Wednesday
Lunch–Paleo Stuffed Green Peppers (with rice for the family), coleslaw
Dinner–Chicken Thighs, tater tots, salad
Thursday
Lunch–leftover Easy Chicken, Broccoli, Rice Casserole,
Dinner–Breakfast for Dinner–Waffles, Omelets with Ham, Clementines
Friday
Lunch–Tuna Melts, carrot slices, chips
Dinner-leftover Slow Cooker Coconut Curry Lentils, Rice
