Saturday

Lunch–Shrimp Alfredo (Cuddle Bug made this), salad
Dinner–Chipotle

Sunday
Lunch–Pan Seared Haddock, green beans, sweet potatoes
Dinner–Pork, diced potatoes, Swiss chard

Monday
Lunch–Tuna Melt, fruit
Dinner–leftover Japanese curry and rice (my husband meal prepped this on the weekend)

Tuesday
Lunch–Chicken & Hashbrown Patties, Lentil Soup (both pulled from the freezer)
Dinner–Classic Homemade Chili, Cornbread (I reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup)

Wednesday
Lunch–leftover Japanese curry and rice (yes, my husband made so much it lasted for three meals!)
Dinner–Slow Cooker Beef Stew,

Thursday
Lunch–Grilled turkey & cheese sandwiches, chips, cucumber slices
Dinner–Honey Mustard Pork Chops with Lemon Rice (from a Green Chef box we ordered. If you’d like to try a free Green Chef meal, click here.)

Friday
Lunch–leftover beef stew
Dinner–Pulled pork, leftover cornbread, salad
