This post contains affiliate links.  My meal preps and menu plans always show what we ate the week before.  I do this to show you what we really ate, not what we hope to eat in the upcoming week.  I just mention it so you’re not confused when you see the Thanksgiving meal.  (And don’t be confused that we had turkey at the beginning of the week, too.  We tried out a new turkey brand the week before to see if we liked it, so we also had turkey leftovers at the beginning of the week!)

Dinner–Turkey, roasted cauliflower, diced potatoes

Monday

Lunch–Daiya Flatbread (We bought these when they were 50% off, and the girls LOVED them!), carrot sticks
Dinner–Leftover Turkey Stew, The Best Vegan Cornbread,

Tuesday

Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–Breakfast Sandwiches, Hash browns, veggies

Wednesday

Lunch–Grilled Turkey and Cheese Sandwiches, Chips, Carrot Sticks
Dinner–Chicken Apple Sausage, Lentil Soup (from the freezer), corn

Thursday

Lunch–Thanksgiving Dinner
Dinner–eggs, toast, veggies (we all had small appetites after Thanksgiving)

Friday

Thanksgiving Leftovers Diner Style Turkey Sandwich

Lunch–Diner Style Turkey Sandwiches,
Dinner–Chicken Thighs & Drumsticks, peas, sweet potatoes
