I’ve been working on eating food from the freezer, and now the deep freezer in our kitchen is about 1/3 empty. I still have two more months to make room for the 1/4 side of beef we plan to order in March. For this week, I’m continuing to draw meals from my monthly menu plan. I’m definitely planning out meals for the month next month, too. Here’s our meal prep and menu plan for February 9, 2020.
No meal prep this week! I’m behind on my freelance work, so this weekend I just focused on getting caught up. (I’m almost there!)

Asian Noodle, Chicken & Veggie Soup (my husband’s creation)
Tuna Noodle Casserole (didn’t get to make this last week)
