This month, we’re trying to mostly eat meals from the pantry and freezer so we can order (and have space for!) 1/4 side of beef in March. I tried something new this month and made a monthly menu plan, which makes my weekly menu plan super easy to create. Here’s our meal prep and menu plan for February 2, 2020.
My husband was hungry for something sweet, so I dug through our pantry and found a GF/DF brownie mix. I made that, and I made a breakfast casserole I created and some walnut/date balls. Yum!
