This post contains affiliate links. Argh. The weight loss struggle is real. I have stayed the same for 2 weeks, which means I’m 5.5 pounds down. It also means I got frustrated and took 3 days off the program for Father’s Day and one of my children’s birthday. I’m sure I gained. I really think the best plan for me is to work the WW Purple Plan faithfully and only weigh myself once a month. For some reason, weigh ins are a trigger for me. But, live and learn, and I’m back on the plan today!
