I do a lot of my freelance writing work on the weekends while my husband can watch the kids.  For the last two weeks, I have been taking a break from my work in the middle of the afternoon to have quick freezer cooking sessions.

I get to relax, and my husband and I have some ready made breakfast and snack foods in the freezer for the kids for busy week days.  This week, I focused on three recipes:

Banana Oatmeal Muffins (made 18 muffins)

Gluten Free, Sugar Free Blueberry Muffins (we love these!  I think they will become a staple regardless if the kids stay gluten free)

Gluten Free, Dairy Free Paleo Pancakes (these are another favorite that we will be making again)












Now, for those of you who are gluten free, please share your money saving tips.  I about choked when I saw that 2 lbs. of gluten free oats are $7.99 at Whole Foods.  I found them much cheaper at Amazon and will be buying from there from now on.
