The temperatures are finally dropping a bit, and our schedule has gotten sufficiently busy enough, that it’s finally time for a freezer cooking session.  I’m going to start small, with just a few meals that will probably last us for two weeks with maybe a meal or two leftover.

Since I just got my computer back, I still have quite a bit of work to do this weekend (plus we want to plant the fall garden), but I think I should be able to get these meals in the freezer  in about an hour or two, I hope.

Freezer Cooking Plan

Pasta Fagioli Soup x2

Beef Tomato Macaroni Soup x2

Hamburger Soup x2

Grilled Turkey Veggie Burgers x2

Meatloaf x2

Ground Beef Goulash x2

Italian Wedding Soup x2

I won’t add pasta to any of these meals now.  I’ll add that on the day I cook.  I also may simply dump in a bag without cooking some of the soups and the goulash that will be cooked on serving day.

I also plan to brown a few pounds of hamburger and turkey so I have that to add to spaghetti or beef pot pie when we make it.
