Pulling meals from the freezer is working simply mah-vah-lus, darling, so I made a few more freezer meals. I didn’t have a lot of time this freezer cooking session, so I only made a few meals. I’m still stocked up on lunch meals, but I added one more for variety, and I also added several dinners.
But before we get to that, just a few questions. I know a lot of you used to enjoy my freezer cooking sessions and posts. Now that I plan to do this at least once a month again, what would help you most? What do you want to see of these freezer cooking days? Before cooking plan? Final results? A video of the process of making them, or a video of the results? What would help you most?
And now, on with the show!

Hearty Paleo Vegetable Soup (Separated in to 4 bags for lunches)
Whole 30 Approved Burrito Bowl (Dump & Go Dinner)
Minnesota Chili (x2)
Taco Meatloaf (Put in the refrigerator to eat for dinner Monday night. It was yummy!)
Paleo Sausage Balls (x2) Notice the hole in the plate? That’s where my family gobbled some up before I could get them in the freezer!

I like the walk through.. the prep you did (photos), then how you do it, and the finish product. I actually started following the blog years ago because of the once a month posts. 🙂
Is your family suddenly okay with the freezer meals? I know they aren’t their favorite.
We’re all really busy right now, so they kind of have to be okay with freezer meals. 😉 However, I try to mix it up and make some easy to cook, quick meals, too. Plus, my husband cooks big meals on the weekend, so we have those as leftovers on weeknights, which helps him deal with freezer meals.
