I’m planning another mini-freezer cooking session!  Many of you said that you prefer the way I used to share freezer cooking days, by posting a plan here, showing the process on social media, and then sharing a recap here.

So, here’s my plan, and tomorrow, Friday, February 2nd, I’ll have my actual cooking day and share the process with you on Instagram.

Here’s what I plan to make:

Slow Cooker Turkey Chili (x2)

Mini Chicken Pot Pies (x2)

Caribbean Black Bean Soup (x2)

Cheeseburger Casserole (I’ll just make the filling for this one and freeze)

Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken with Black Beans & Corn

brown 2 lbs. of ground beef to put in the freezer for future use

So check Instagram tomorrow, between 11 a.m. EST and 4 p.m. EST when I plan to do my freezer cooking!
